Ick, no! Shaved chests make guys look like Ken dolls. Accept who you are and what your stage of puberty is -- the other guys will catch up soon, but until then they may be very jealous of your hairy chest.

To shave or not shave your chest is a personal choice. As you can see by some of the answers what the response could be. Some guys never do have chest hair and they get along in life not missing it and no one thinks any the less of them for that fact. So if you want to shave your chest do it. Just be aware that when the hair starts to grow back out the stubble can be a bit uncomfortable. The skin on your chest will be sore when you begin. Just remember to use either Bactine which contains antiseptic and anesthetic to sooth the irritated skin. That or rubbing alcohol, The rubbing alcohol will sting like hell for a few seconds, just as your shaved face burns when you apply aftershave lotion, which is mostly denatured alcohol. It is not a monumental thing so don't worry about what others may think. It is not a permanent change. You can always just let it grow back out.

No, just leave your chest hair to grow out naturally, don't shave, wax or even trim any hair of. Some men are tempted to at least trim some hair off, I would only do that if hair shows above your coller at neck if you are wearing a tie in formal wear, otherwise just leave it.

NO! Please don't! Hairy chests are really cool! I know I'm not the only woman who likes them.

If your hair irritates you, or you eventually get a partner who doesn't like it, then you can get rid of it, but don't feel you have to just because the other guys in your grade still have bodies like little boys. But I agree, shaving probably isn't the best way to go about it...

PS Loads of really sexy male celebs have hairy chests...Jude Law, Jake Gyllenhaal, Kevin Coster, Jack Davenport, Steve Carell, Clive Owen...

Just buy a beard trimmer from wal-mart and keep it trimmed low. It's much easier than shaving your chest every day. Or who knows, maybe you can bring back the magnum P.I. look. Buy a Hawaiin shirt and leave the top three buttons open

some girls find that attractive but some dont. i agree its the hot look right now as most women say. but, just know that once you start it will always grow back thicker and faster.. just like any kind of hair you shave

I see that you are considering shaving so that you don't look like you are repeating a few grades!!!! Beware of the irritation-- skinwise, and by people.

Hope this helps.

First off...shaving does not make more hair grow...it just looks that way because of the hair just growing in.

Do whatever makes you feel comfortable.
