without the hat, he is bald and looks much older.

If you had ever seen him without his hat, then you wouldn't even need to ask. I saw him doing an interview not too long ago. He wasn't wearing a hat and he had on these little round eyeglasses. I kid you not, he looked just like George Kastanza on Seinfeld! I'm sorry, but I just don't get what the big deal is about him. He does nothing for me.
