Yes, definitely. A person's clone would be very similar to a twin brother or sister (identical twins), except that he or she could be much younger than the person. He or she would be a different person with different memories and different thoughts. So, because we can think differently, if I and my clone were together, we could get into an argument (I really hope we wouldn't kill each other, though).

well, considering that cloning humans is still considered wrong...then the clone is probably not considered a human being...so the answer is no. you cant be charged with murder...
