He's an administrative judge, who is claiming fees of $1,500 per day for finding consumer protection violations allegedly perpetrated by the cleaners.
He is also seeking reimbursement for a limo to drive him the extra distanc over the course of the next severla years to a dry cleaner out of his area.
He should be relieved of duty, due to his bad sense of justice; at the least, the Bar Association should have a hearing on his conduct.
In the meantime, after offering over $10,000 for a pair of pants, the Korean immigrants may sell their business and go back to Korea.

They should throw this guy in jail with paris hilton. Maybe they would annoy each other to death and make the world a better place!
But honestly anyone coldblooded enough to do this to a small family owned buisiness should be behind bars.

Yes, he's a person that has more money then brains , a Judge no less. If he gets away with it , it will happen more often. And what has he proven, ( Only that he is a most inhuman person , who one day may find himself in need of understanding. I wish him luck.May he get what he reaps.

Absolutely ridiculous. I have lawyers in the family and we all agree. This is what gives lawyers a bad name.

They should fire this guy, revoke his bar admission, and ban him from ever working in law permanently.
They should also dismiss the suit.

yeah.. .it's ridiculous...
but I thought it was a civil suit? and I though that civil suits don't use tax dollars and are paid for by one of the members being sued, depending on who wins?
