Well, it would be a toss up right now....
If you watched RAW last week, you will note Mark Henry did something by himself that usually takes a whole ring full of wrestlers....Eliminate Viscera.
Khali has been dominate, but has of late been looking lame against Cena. I think WWE is still working on placing him somewhere where he would benifet most.
Right now, i would say Mark Henry would be considered the Monster Heel.

I would say Henry has the meanest streak and is the strongest contender to take on Kahli.. I look for Umaga and Kahli to develope a feud.

Henry has a lot of strength. I think Khali is pretty strong, too, but he has a weakness. Hes such a big, tall guy, that if you go for the lower back and the knees and keep on it, he'll drop.
