Well A long time ago I had a turtle, their cute to watch, but you can't hold, cuddle,or play with. You need a pet like a rabbit that you can play with and teach the rabbit to do tricks. If you give your bunny lots of affection it will be a loyal pet to you. Rabbbits can be very loveable and their clean too. The only hard thing with a rabbit is cleaning thier cage.I hope I've helped, and good luck with your new pet.

I had a pair of red-ear sliders that I raised from the time they were the size of a half dollar to 6 inches. They're cool to watch, but can't handle them much since they're always diving in the water and possible bacteria. Fun the watch, but then you'll want to change the channel.
I had a tortoise which was cool looking, but required too much work. Had to have calcium sand, heat lamps, weekly water soaks, strictly vegetarians...and picky too!
Rabbits (I currently have one) are vegetarians too, but they have more variety. You can benefit too! Most veggies and fruits you eat they can share. Rabbits can be troublesome if you let them wander the house tho. Watch for electrical cords/cables or anything with wood. They're really smart, show affection and communicate to you in their unique way.
Think about your daily routine before investing in any pet. Check out your local animal shelter for bunnies. Many are already litter trained; and the people there could give you more insight. Good luck!
I recommend bunny!

Well, we have kept box turtles in the yard. Feed them tomatoes and whatever and in winter make a place for them to hibernate. Usually let them go later, just a good source for food etc.
Rabbits (Domestic) we have house trained like a cat to go to the litter box. Great house pets.
So, I guess what you want to do to provide good care.
I have a wild rabbit now in the yard, I made it/him/ her a water bowl from an old bird bath and we put out food. Figure it get what is need and still enjoy it being around. Though I can not pet it, the rabbit seems to trust me more. Got a great picture the other day and it was about 15 feet away and not run.

Bunny. Turtles grow big and need a lot of cleaning and it's a real pain to do it. I just did it tonight. It took an hour and 20 mins to clean the tank and it will need to be cleaned again within two weeks.

Bunnies do stink if cage isn't wiped clean each and every 2-3 days. Are you waiting to try this? Tortoises are super using fact they do no longer pee to guard water so which you will bypass away it unfastened on your room and in basic terms scoop up poop pellets as mandatory. Water turtles stink additionally and must be wiped clean. g-pigs are like rabbits yet purifier and smaller so smaller cage is mandatory. verify the interior of sight animal shelter they get those variety of pets in and in lots of situations have a small adoption cost.
