the higher you go up the more you expand where you will eventually pop. so the balloon would pop unless it was pressure safe like how they would make a space shuttle. There is no ordinary balloon that is made this way to complete your answer. the air above earth is less dense-Your ears pop in air planes because the air high above the surface of Earth is less dense than air near the surface, because air near the surface has all the air above it pushing down.

if you go to deep in the ocean you will crush because of the high pressure. the farther you go out into the atmosphere the pressure is no longer holding you together which makes you expand till you eventually pop.

No,they do not, they fly and they cannot reach the ozone layer for it will pop for the ozone layer is heated by the sun which makes it hot that if the balloon reaches there and is overheated by the heat of the ozone layer it will pop.

no, the pressure in the atmosphere is too great. it would pop.
