Can I evolve my Dusclops after it has reached lv 100?

I got my Dusclops to lv 100 in ruby and recently imported it into diamond. Now I am wondering if I can get it to the new and final from of dusclops: Dusknoir. It says I need a reaper cloth to do it but what do I do after I have one. I cant lv it up one more level so is it impossible to evolve now?

You have to trade your dusclops holding the reaper cloth.
