yeah for example this technology would allow a marred couple wanting a baby, for instance, to choose the hair color, skin color, factions etc... of their child. so if the mother wanted the baby girl to be miss universe she would just have to choose the most atractive features to add them to the fetus or sperm cells DNA. and of course this is under the cloning topic i think. but i need the particular name to this technology.

Maybe you're thinking of Genetic Engineering or Biotechnology, but it can't be done anywhere close to what you describe in your question.

I think the closest would be some sub-discipline of genetic engineering. But to get it absolutely right without the dangers of genetic engineering, just go to your local bar, take a shot of 151 bicardi, and find the drunkest girl you can with the desired traits and have at it. In 18 years, you'll have your Miss Universe, but beware other young men will want her too! LOL
