Take them to this fabulous German restaurant!

Then I would take in a ball game, either the Dodgers or Angels.
Of course, Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm would be fabulous choices.
I would take them to the beach too!
The fireworks at Disneyland will be great on the Fourth!

dont take them to a german restaurant (it won't seem german to them and anyway they will probably want to try something that isnt native to their country...its like you going to germany and eating hamburgers the entire time you are there) Throw a barbeque and watch the fireworks. what a great time for them to get a tasteof true americana!

Picnic in a big park with lots of other people, an outdoor concert in the evening followed by fireworks.
