Have you ever been embarrassed by unexpectedly having to expose your feet and they were dirty?

My feet are always bare, so they do get dirty sometimes. But I wipe them when I go in some place and if necessary (like if someone has a no-shoes rule to keep the dirt out, and obviously I can't take off my shoes since I wasn't wearing them in the first place) I'll find some place to wash them, outdoor hose or whatever. I'm not embarrassed by that, I don't feel like dirty soles are worse than dirty shoes, and feet are fully washable.

Yes!!! When you were flip-flops all day long your feet tend to get dirty!!! I keep my feet clean on a regular basis but after wearing flip-flops for 9 - 12 hours straight your feet can get a little dirty!!!

Lol, I work in an early child care centre I tend to get mucky with the kids, my feet are usually dirty. They're either painted, or have sand, glue, dirt or grass on them.
I don't like smelly feet.

That only happened to me once. But that's because my shoes were dirty. Otherwise...my feet are always clean! :)

Once after a canoe trip (we tipped, so I looked all nasty) we stopped for burgers on the way home and I was wearing flipflops- anyway I saw an old lady looking at my nasty, muddy feet looking all repulsed.

Well, I can't say that I have, but I would smile and get over it. That's something stupid to be embarrassed over for too long!
