You are out of luck, I happen to have a receipt and here it what it says:
Non-returnable items.
Non-returnable items include labor and /or installation services; consumables items such as phone cards, food, and drink; or items that are damaged or abused. opened computer software, movies, music, and VIDEO GAMES can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.

Manager will just tell you "this is not a video store to rent games"

You could say the game didn't work or it was bad.

You can usually return console software (e.g., Xbox, PS3) for a refund. However, many companies won't allow computer software to be returned for refund.

Opened stuff;definitely not.
Unopendstuff, maybe, but many do not.
What did your receipt say?

Try selling it somewhere to get some of your money back.
