The typical male reaction (according to my female friends) is to roll over and fall asleep. The typical female reaction seems to be a frustrated concern about when she gets an orgasm herself.
Fortunately I have learned to avoid that by making sure my wife gets hers first. Once satisfied she gets very concerned with reciprocation, and wants to cuddle all night.

After sex the woman wants to get up fairly quickly and clean up. The man usually asks her to bring him a wash rag so that he can clean up too. The man lights a cig and enjoys his newfound relaxation. Then they both run up to have some sushi and sake before going back and doing it again, then its time for some ice cream and a good nights sleep.

Well men are typically the first to have the orgasm because of their natural sexual dominance. Woman mostly face some situations where they seem dissatisfied because of the short time period and the fact that they could not reach their own orgasm.
