Tell your mom or trusting adult about it. I'm sure they will gladly take you shopping for one. It might be embarrassing with the "Aww my sweet babys growing up" But it is well worth it. At 13 you should definately start wearing a bra, no matter now flat chested you are. Even a training bra will do. It will help you fit in and feel better about your chest. If your parents say no though, (this is horrible advice but its what i would do, im 14) Just go to the mall alone (or with friends) and buy one. If they find out just explain how much you really want one and that your not a little girl anymore.

Well im flat as well and 13 but i only wear sports bras and i used to wear training bras when i was 11 and even 12 so i would suggest you start with training bras or sports bras. Talk to your mom about what is more comfortable and best for YOU, not for everyone in your gym class! Best of luck! =)

I'm 15male,i see what u mean about how your not fitting in well with others,i was the smallest "male" in my gym class also,if u want one so bad u sould git one! I'm not a girl so i shouldn't know much but i had a sister who had these problems, sense my ma passed away and my dad worked. i gave her a few $ and took her to a jcpenny and a "worker" found her a sports bra.. anyway when the day was done it all worked out well. FYI I'm sure u'll git your goodie gifts soon, Good Luck!!! -Medea

I've had a bra since I was 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Right now I'm twelve and I am NOT flat. I don't really know how to help you so I'm sorry. It's kinda funny actually we're complete opposites. Sorry I couldn't help.
If you need a bra get one! If you don't need one than enjoy the time you have without one!!!!!!!!!!!

tell you mom the same thing you wrote here.....everyone in gym class has one, grandmaw said maybe you should wear a .... even the flat girls wear one........i want one so bad......etc.... if your mom won't buy you one, then she is unreasonable. but i am hoping she will buy you one. cuz boobs or no boobs, i agree with you that at 13 yrs of age you NEED and WANT one regardless. it is my obserbvation that girls begin wearing little training bras or sports type bras in the 3rd grade usually. good luck

You are 13 you're mom/gma should have gotten you one by now, even if it is just a training bra. Go talk to you Mom/gma and ask her to take you bra shopping. Tell her that you really want to start wearing one. Tell her that you'd feel more comfortable with one.

I'm sure your grandmother would understand if you shared your feeling with her about a bra. It's necessary for you at that age whether or not you're very developed. Get a sports bra, they sell them everywhere pretty inexpensively. You can get 2 for $8. at JC Penney. Good luck.
