Pokemon diamond, pokeradar help?

All i need to know is, whats the easiest way to keep a pokeradar chain going, and doesnt it have something to do with shiny pokemon too?

there is a great explanation in youtube. Search for pokeradar and the first search result will teach you how to keep a chain going.
I did a 59 chain with larvitars, but no shiny ; ;

To keep a chain going go to the bush that shook farthest away from you. It will rarely have a bush that changes color. That will mean its shiny.
