Comparable to which GNC vitamins? If he's just taking a general multi-vitamin, then Centrum is good and not expensive. But if he's taking something more specialized, we can't know what else "has the same nutrients" because we don't know what he's taking.

Vitamins in pill form are not so helpful. They don't incorporate all the elements of whole food. But who can eat pounds of fruit and veggies?

Go here to see a health drink touted on the Oprah Winfrey Show, and tested by the University of Florida. In the long run, this is the least expensive way to stay healthy

All he needs is a complete multivitamin, go to walmart and save the money. GNC stuff is way overpriced, and no better.
