I really like the sound of Careene Elizabeth. I don't think I would spell it that way but it would work, you shouldn't run into any pronunciation problems. Its a very pretty name.
Antionette Marie brings to mind sophmore history class and a not so famous frenchwoman who told her people to eat cake. I know that's off the subject but, if you do decide to go with this name it does sound better the other way around.
Good luck.

Antoinette seems long and there isn't really a cute short nick name. It seems kinda old fashioned too. I like Careena, the spelling is unique, but spelling it with a K is really cute. Karina, Kareena, Kariena.

I would pick Careena. Careen is something your car does on slippery roads. And I just don't like Antoinette.

The first one - people might think its after Marie Antoinette. Is this what you intended? In place of the third one, would you consider a variation like Corrine? Its my sisters name and very pretty. It can be shortened to Cori which is also cute.
