A philosophy of change and resistance. If achieving happiness, peace or joy can be accomplished through changing yourself, your beliefs, or your thinking, are you willing to change to accomplish those goals?

If you are unwilling to change what is required to bring about these states of being, do you notice if you resist accomplishing these goals?

I am willing to change my mind whenever someone helps me by showing me where I have made a mistake. I have many benefactors on this site!

Change is the only permanent thing we have.Therefore,it is wise to go along with change moderately.
