where do you get de-fog HM?

please help me!...im not so good at these new pokemon games.

i do need it...im on my way to deliver somthing to someone's grandma...and like i went past the psyducks and like my screen went white with fog!!!!!!!

Inside of the Great Marsh in Pastoria City. Talk to the person with green hair near the entrance and he'll give you defog.

Although you don't need to navigate through the screen, it is sometimes useful to see the whole screen and what you are missing. There is the old lady that will teach you the most powerful dragon attack to dragon type only in that area.

For battling trainers in the fog, it is a must. I hated that a regular battle that could last only 3 minutes, would last up to 8 min just because my team missed 65% of the time.

You dont need it, but you get it from a guy in the very first area of Pastoria's Great Marsh.

You can walk right past the fog :P its just easier to have it to see, you can actually go blind (my buddy did), but it is so much easier with the HM.

You get HM 05 (Defog) in the Great Marsh. Hope this helps. =P

battle the gym leader then go to the great marsh game and its in there keep looking inside there.
