Will the hormones we put in cows and chicken ever be a political issue?

Because we eat a lot of beef and chicken, drink a lot of milk everyday.

Just so you know- not all milk is tainted with hormones. My parents have a dairy and the milk is locally distributed, and they do NOT use any of that crap.

It should be a political issue because it is a huge health issue, and we all know Americans are unhealthy and many don't have adequate health care coverage.
