To start with, something a little more personal than a plasma screen would be nice. How about, since he seems to have everything already, you take him out for something he enjoys, just the two of you? If he's into sports, take him to a game and buy him his favorite team's jersey to wear. If he has a sense of humor take him to a comedy club, wrapping the tickets inside a gag gift. If he is more the artsy type, go to a theater production or a gallery. Trust me, he'll appreciate you spending some real time with him doing something he enjoys more than he would another gadget.

Those are material things & can be replaced but he can't. Spend the whole day with him. Maybe a nice dinner at home or at his favorite restaurant, taking pictures, then present your father with an album, that contains these pictures, as soon after Father's Day as possible.

Maybe dinner and a movie afterward. Good quality time with Dad. Or if you're looking for gift ideas try http://www.ecouponzone.com. Click on Father's day. I found mine there.

How about making something ( a ipod list of songs, slide show or likes) for one of the gadgets he has.
Or let dad in to your world for the day.

Electronics don't measure love as much as homemade gifts do! Try making him a collage of pictures of the family and him. Include his hobbies, too, and add a gift certificate to his favorite restaurant.

Get him a gift certificate at his favorite store. Some people think gift certificates are lame but most people like them because they can get whatever they want
