In some ways, yes. Lil Bush seemed a little too aggressive and determined than Big Bush as far as his tone and general attitude was. Big Bush seems more lax most of the time.

Although, it seems a little late in the game to be making fun of the president. I mean, he has one year left. If this had come out 4-6 years ago, it would have been a hit. But now people dont care as much.

Not really. Big Bush had enough sense to leave Iraq before he destroyed it. Also he was in WWII. Little Bush was too yellow bellied to show up for Vietnam. But now that he is not at risk he has become a war monger. Big Bush didn't kill thousands of our troops like Little Bush is doing. Which is not to say that I like Big Bush, but Little Bush is so much smaller in mind, spirit and intelligence.
