So, I had a random band call me up telling me a "friend" told me about them. My band recently just broke up, by my say, "I told them all the F off"... Nobody was dedicated. I had an established band call me tonight telling me that if I wanted to do vocals, guitar or drums, they would cater to everything. I'll be checking them out Wednesday, and I feel good about their demo. I recently just came off a tour, and I'm tired... Should I give myself some time and explain this to them, or should I jump right in and start making more $$$?

It doesn't ever hurt to be upfront. I understand your lack of desire to rush into anything and that's pretty smart. Given that you're obviously talented enough that this band is willing to cater to everything, then I'm sure they'll be ok with you taking time to look at your options and decide what is best for you. If they can't be patient with you, then there's sure to be another band out there that's a better fit for you and your situation and in the long run you'll be happier with that better fit.
