Every day for the next 50 years will be a hoop. Just keep the communication open with your partner and be honest. Discuss items that bother you early, before they build up into something that is impossible to resolve.

Easy for me to say, l am on my third wife. This one is it though, we have been through cancer together, other partners together and growing up together. I wouldn't change a thing.

The road to marriage is actually rather easy. Too easy in my opinion. Because the truth is that marriage itself is really hard. You have to pretty much learn to live your life for your wife and kids and suck it up...big time!

I still do what I love for a living and have my own interests. But my life is pretty much lived for God, my wife, and my kids. That's a major--MAJOR--change in life.

Goodness, it depends on how you're getting married. Marriage license, maybe pre marital counseling, blood tests (depending where you live) post marriage meetings with priest.. So on so fourth.

How about on the road "through" marriage...
It's constant "up-keep", when it comes to everyday stuff. 26years and still keeping it alive.
