I've been to the gym this evening, and for myself I can say I swam a half mile and did 20 pushups and 20 situps and 40 crunches and a bunch of kata, lifted weights, and so on, and so on...oh yeah, and I got a chocolate bar, just to undo all that good work! *wink*

i've been having dinner with my nephews, then trimming bushes in the front yard while they ran around with sparklers, then snuggling in bed watching a tv show and toasting their mom (who died in april) with flavored water...then they went to bed.now i'm here...
