Yes, I thought my dolls could come to life. I think because I saw an episode of "Fantasy Island", where a room full of porcelain dolls did come to life. Tattoo saved everyone by setting the room on fire. It was the best episode ever.

not really, but when i was 4 or five, i shared a room with my sister, and she had this stuffed monkey. When I would wake up in the middle of the night, i would always see it with the moon shining on it through the window, and it always scared me. even though i knew it was a stuffed monkey, i was afraid that it was going to come to life and eat me or something...

Yes! I always thought that when we went out, or fell asleep they would come alive. I would always try to catch them at it. I would also remember the exact positions I left them in so that I would know if they got up. I would always say well that proves it!" ifthey were in another position...Now I know how easy it is for stuff to move around, and NOT on its own, lol.

Yeah! I had a doll named Susan that I preformed surgery on. I drew in ink stitches on first her legs then her arms then across her forehead. My Mom tried to use nail Polish to remove the ink "scar's"
I was convinced that Susan needed Surgery because I had it in my little mind that she was crippled. My Mom tried to take that doll away from me, she even told the Dr. that she thought I needed "Help" Susan finally did recover and died of old age and went to doll baby heaven. True story! That was 50 years ago.
