Melafix should help - try doing it at half or three quarters dose though. Marcyn (or Marcyn II) for saltwater should also treat popeye (though if its just cloudy right now try the Melafix first). They usually get it from being picked on or fighting, what else is in your tank?

A cloudy eye can be from any one of several things actually. Since the exact details of how the eye looks is very important to the treatment, I would reference you to a website that can help you determine exactly what's wrong and how to treat it.

Hope that helps and best of luck with it!

Cloudy eye is often a sign that the water quality in the tank is poor. I would first do a water chemistry test (nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, pH and etc..) and then conduct a water change.
