Unaware of my friend stepping away, I was standing at a clothing rack, not looking up, I proceeded to have a conversation with a woman, whom I did not know. Intrigued by the PERSONAL INFORMATION, I was spewing out, she stood there listening intently, when I looked up for acknowledgment to a question I had asked, we locked eyes. I about passed out! and darted away quickly!

Yeah, that has happened to me at school, yet it happens often when talking to my mom...It seems like she tunes out whenever her children start talking to her, it seems as if she's not paying attention at all, she doesn't even look at us when we talk which is supposed to be, you know, a social rule to always give eye contact when conversing with someone. So yeah, it's pretty annoying...I'm actually going through a really big problem right now because of her un-attentiveness. I have to tell her that I'm not really going to NYC for college this fall, but Paris, France. I mean I told her this yet, she thinks that I'm still going to NYC so I've just been going on with the lie so long...I don't know...but...yeah, I COMPLETELY understand...

Yes.One time I was at the mall with my daughter,and I thought she was next to me.So here I am talking to myself for awhile,then I turn around and this lady is smiling at me pointing to my daughter.I was sooooo embarrassed!
