You would be considered an ‘emancipated minor’. Emancipation only gives your specific rights, such as the right to determine your own residency, enter into a contract, etc. You are still subject to laws that limit your rights/activities based on age. For example, you still can’t drink until you’re 21.

By the way, emancipation is VERY DIFFICULT to obtain.

as far as i know, your parents would lose their legal responsibility to raise you as their child for 2 more yrs. by emancipation you are now legally responsible for yourself. here's an example: you get caught stealing a shirt from a clothing store (regardless of it being sears or wal-mart) you would be charged as an adult not a minor.
i know this will sound harsh, but please correct your spelling. by doing this people will treat you as an educated person and not ignorant and will take you more seriously.
talk to a lawyer/legal aid to find out if you would be considered as an adult as in if law applies to you as an adult vs. applying to you as a minor.....(are you an adult by court or are you still a minor)....that would help you out. also i would suggest finding an adult that you trust to help you make the transition from living with your parent/s to living on your own (or with other relatives) smoother and ask for words of wisdom. don't be afraid to ask this adult for help if you need it. i am sure the trusted adult would be more than happy to help you out. maybe have a mentor....if there is a program like big brothers/big sisters near you maybe sign up to get a big "sibling"

Well its very rare that minors are given emancipation. Its unlikely that this would actually happen. As to laws. well you would still be subject to age related laws with the exception of who was responsible for you.
