The answer to your question depends on the reason why you are asking it. Did you have a fight with your wife, and she's cut you off and you want to justify and fishing expedition? Are you are religious widower, with objections to extramarital sex?

In general, sex is a normal part of being an adult human, but so is following the rules of decency in our society.

A man can stay without sex for years and ages.. it is all in the mind... So it can be a situatio0n of not at all or a every long time..

That's a weird question. A man or woman of any age can "stay" without sex forever. Sex is not required.
Love, on the other hand, I think a person of any age can not go without love for more than a couple weeks before they suffer lasting damage.
