The Intrepid class (USS Voyager) is a light explorer and essentially, a scout or science vessel. It's 343 meters long, and has a strictly defensive light compliment of weapons. It was considered a testbed for some new technology, such as the EMH, bio-neural computer system, and the "subspace safe" folding warp nacelles. For this reason, it was the fastest ship, for a brief time. But it's offensive ability didn't even hold a candle to the Galaxy class (Enterprise D).

The Enterprise E of the Sovereign class, like several previous ships with the same name, was built to be the flagship of the Federation. It surpassed the Intrepid is almost every area, likely even building off of the technology tested in the Intrepid class. It is 680 meters long, covered with state-of-the-art weapons, and has a warp system that not only conquered the need to fold the warp nacelles, but has an entirely faster top speed than the Intrepid. (And for a little off-screen info, the Ent-E was even designed to LOOK faster, by being more sleek and streamlined, hence the ridiculously long nacelles, and therefore HAD to be the fastest around.)

So short answer? The Enterprise E is faster an stronger than the Voyager.

And to answer the second question, yes, Picard doesn't even get the option of being an admiral, unless he stops commanding starships, and settles behind a desk. And I don't think that's happening any time soon.

I don't know about the Enterprise E vs the Voyager. The reason Picard can't go past admiral is in the second Star Trek movie (The Wrath of Kahn). The highest ranking officer on a star ship can only be captain. An admiral is an administrative officer and cannot command a star ship

These are questions that only the writers can answer for you. You can presume Voyageur is a better ship than Enterprise because it is newer, but that doesn't mean it is necessarily stronger or faster. I remember one show where Picard was an admiral, or I think he was! But again, only the writers could give you a definitive answer, because they're the ones who made up that whole fantastic world.

superstar Wars kicks the shiz out of superstar Trek. superstar Trek doesn't even come close extraordinarily for the very truth the ripped a bunch of stuff from superstar Wars. They couldn't come on the brink of the awesomeness of superstar Trek.

just like capt. Kirk, if he were an admiral, it would be a waste of material. And the enterprise is the strongest in the fleet.

Wrong category, this question belongs in Entertainment, not in Astronomy & Space.
I love all the Trek shows (and most of the movies), I saw the pilot episode when it first aired, I attended conventions.
But Star Trek is still FICTION, not scientific fact.

Enterprise is probably FASTER than Voyager

Picard likes what he does and shunns promotions that put him behind a desk.
