The Wonder Years, hands down. It had good writing and was a well done show with a strong ensemble, a much better/more intelligent show than Boy Meets World. And when Fred Savage was a kid he was much more likeable than his brother ever was -- nothing against Ben Savage, but he lacked an appeal his brother had in spades.

Wonder Years, easily. Boy Meets World was good, but much too like your ordinary sitcom. The Wonder Years just seemed so real.
