The lord god would rejoice and offer forgiveness to the wicked that once riened.

the progressives would spread 100 times the propaganda they do now.

First, Roe is not going to be overturned with the current makeup of the Supreme Court. Justice Anthony Kennedy is still at the center and voted in 1992 to reaffirm Roe.

If a conservative replaced Kennedy or a liberal justice we MAY see Roe be overruled (which I believe it should be).

The effects would vary. States such as New York and California which allowed abortion BEFORE Roe was decided would still allow abortion. You would probably see more conservative states restrict it.

The notion that if the Supreme Court would overrule Roe that abortion would automatically be "illegal" across the nation is far-fetched.

If Conservatives have any brain whatsoever they should not let Roe v. Wade get overturned. If it does get overturned, most states will allow abortion anyway, but Conservatives will no longer have this rallying point.

Lynn G: "Parties in the streets." To result in lots of unwanted pregnancies, you hope. Are YOU ready to adopt?

That would never happen. And if it did, then we wouldn't even be able to guess what the effect of the overturn would be until we read the Supreme Court's majority opinion on the case that would be used to overturn Roe.

The decision as to whether or not murder of unborn babies should be legal would revert to the States, where it belongs! Hopefully, each State government would listen to the will of the majority of the people of that State and decide accordingly!

Overturning the ruling would allow the states to decide on abortion. My guess is that there would be more restrictions in more conservative states and fewer, if any, in more liberal states.

The babies that are found in plastic bags and/or in garbage cans, etc..... will grow by leaps and bounds.

and count on desperate women dying from botched illegal abortions. that may be ok in your standards since you look down on any woman who has the sense to realize she can't care for this wonderful gift from God and the odds are nobody else will either.

I would love to see all the pro-lifers standing in line to adopt all those children (of every color, religion, nationality, sickly, AIDS addicted, Downs Syndrome, etc.)

It would be one step on getting America back on the right path.

Regardless of whether you believe in abortion or not, the way it was legalized was a joke. The 14th amendment cannot be used to justify abortion, which is what I believe the ruling was based on. We need to leave the issue up to each state, and let the people vote on it.

Issues like this shouldn't be decided in the court.

The US Congress would pass a law to legalize abortion within 3 days and override a presidential veto (if necessary).

The question of legalized abortion would go back to the states.
