Sure, right.

And Kennedy wasn't assasinated, he just moved to Tahiti with Marilyn Monroe (she didn't die either).
And the Cuban Missile Crisis was just an argument over cigars.
And Woodstock never happened, it was all mass illusion from a bad batch of magic mushrooms (everyone knows the kids back then were always high on something).

And in more modern times - the Mars Rovers are just remote-control dune buggies somewhere in the Kalahari Desert. The Cassini/Huygens probe is all CGI (that backlit view of Saturn COULDN'T be real after all).
And George W. Bush is really a genius after all, he just wants to sound like an average person.

If you weren't around at the time of the landings you can't really make any educated judgement. But I saw it, millions of others saw it, thousands of technicians and scientists were involved in the space program for years before the first landing.
And sure it gave the US more power during the cold war, but that was just a bonus. The real power was in the fact that humans had landed on the moon.
If it was faked why didn't the Russians (the enemy back then) say anything at all? Obviously they knew it was real, and they would have been the first to say something if there was any hint at the time that it was fake.

And I checked out your link - whoever came up with those lame arguments doesn't know anything.
No stars because the foreground was washed out by unfiltered sunlight, they had to stop down the camera so the foreground details wouldn't be overexposed (so no stars visible because they were too faint to be exposed).
Who says the C on that rock was written by someone on Earth? Hit a rock with another one and you can make all kinds of shapes that can be interpreted anyway you like.
It could have been as simple as a piece of equipment that was dropped or bumped against the rock (a round tool or pipe at an angle would make a C shape).
Someone is really grasping at straws with this one.

It was indeed during the cold war - and the USSR monitored and tracked every transmission and where it originated during the first moon landing. If there was even a shred of evidence that this very humiliating defeat to Russia's space program was staged in any way, the Russians would have broadcast it all over the world.
The moon bats who still promote this theory should really get a life.

this is Van Allen, Van Halen is a rock band, i think you're perplexing the spelling of the two. NASA replaced into nicely attentive to the Van Allen radiation zones, and had charted them long before the apollo missions, no longer purely have been the astronauts secure by capacity of their suits however the command module replaced into heavily shielded, whether the sunlight have been particularly lively for the period of the apollo missions (it particularly is wasn't) the command module replaced into greater effective than as much as the job of protecting the astronauts. NASA additionally had a community of photograph voltaic observatories to exhibit screen photograph voltaic interest (notwithstanding this is no longer a risk to foretell specific photograph voltaic storms it particularly is a risk to radio forward whilst seen eruptions ensue giving a sprint be conscious before the charged debris arrive), so the transit for the period of the belts are as secure as a risk. notwithstanding NASA have been desirous to get to the moon merely before the Russians, the protection of the Astronauts replaced into and nevertheless is their precise precedence. check out this internet site for extra information.

There are a few mentally unstable people around who actually believe the moon landing never occured. The rest are just "conspiracy buffs" who like to jerk people around.

Comon sense ought to thell these people the Russians would have liked nothing better than for the US to try to fake a lunar landing--and they would have blown the whistle on usin a second.

But, like I said--such people are mentally unstable--not much common sense under those circumstances.

Just picking one of those arguments for the moon landings being a hoax, shows how really really ignorant it is. The fact that you could not see stars in the photos is so basic to photography (try taking a sky photo at a floodlit sport stadium) that you really don’t want to get caught up in that nonsense, because it just shows you up as being really really ignorant.

Is that what you want?

The landing conspiracy was started by the flat earth society to discredit photo's of the round earth. Then some real science wizards with no lives latched on to it and it still lives in the minds of the sheep of America

i think you should read more articles like the oens at www.badastronomy.com to see why any hoaxed moon landing bs is.. well bs.

that article would not come up for me so i can't comment on it, but i have read others and, the ideas that we never went to the moon do not hold up when you actually look at them and think about them.

don't fall into the paranoid conspiracy at every corner crew. use your mind.

I think that articel is flawed on such a basic level I'll take real science over anything ike that, thank you. Al that 'no stars' stuff is understood by anyone with basic photography skills.

No. We have overwhelming evidence that we landed on the moon. The only people who deny it are conspiracy nuts who don't understand basic astronomy or physics.

It was not faked. Refer to this article for more information and evidence of the landing:
