Nope, they will be far too small for the first bites. Since the infusoria may be a few days too late you can go with liquid fry food from the store or even hard boiled egg yolk. Strain the yolk through a piece of cloth in to the tank. Just a little bit goes a long way though.

I have used Hikari First Bites for angelfish fry and they are doing fine. It is the consistency of flour and mixes well with water. Use a small cup and tank water to mix it up in. Then a turkey baster will get it to where the fry are easily. Don't squirt too hard or you will blow the babies all around.

Infusoria is the best and as soon as it is ready, start mixing it in with the First Bites.

MM is right, boiled egg yolk will do in a pinch but don't use too much it will foul the tank water quickly.

Free swimming comes after the fry have used up their egg sacs. It typically takes from 2 to 5 days depending on the species of fish. The father will try to keep them in the nest until the egg sac is gone. When they become unmanageable by the father, he will forget them and let them go. At this time you should remove the parents and feed the fry at least 3 times a day. This is very important for the first 2-3 weeks of their lives as this is when they develop the quickest. They need lots of high protein food at this time.

You need to get that infusoria quick. That is about all they can eat for the first 5 or 6 days. After that they can eat baby brine shrimp. They should be free swimming after a few days. Congrats on the successful breeding.
