The question is not really written correctly, a Decibel is essentially a ratio, it can be used for various measurements.
If you have to pick one, (c) would be best as Decibels are often used for sound Pressure level (SPL) relative to a standard.

Well, you can put anything into dB but from your choices, I'd guess the answer you're looking for is c. pressure.

Here's my reason. Sound is measured in dB. We oftne hear of comparisons to say jet engines (130 dB) or some other such things. Sound is a pressure wave hence my answer.
