In pokemon diamond, if you run away from uxie, mespirit or azelf will it run away forever?

I am trying to complete my national dex but I cant without those three. I only need them and I can't catch them. If I see them, then run away, will it go away forever? I just want to make sure so that I won't ruin my game....

Mesprit will run away by itself and you have to chase after it or track it.
Uxie and Azel will be gone forever if you decide to encounter and run away.

azelf and uxiewill run away for ever and with mesprit you can still catch him

I think so,the red will run away anyways when you first see it
