Now that's new to me. I'm shocked!!! I have opt online 3 years now and D/L 3-10 movies weekly using bitcomet, I have never received such notice from them.
I don't think it would stop me anyway.
====================
to be on the safe side D/L only from reputable authors such as:
aXXo
death734
brian_damage (or something like that)

Keep in mind that your ISP may have warned you because they know that a lawsuit is being prepared. If you continue after this warning, that could have an impact on charges and fines levied against you.

Most of the time when people get those they just don't download anything for about a week, and then ignore it. Also you should think about using PeerGuardian which blocks known IPs that belong to the police and other things from downloading from you from BitTorrent.

Can you continue, yes, is it legal, no. Will you get caught again, depends on the torrent you download. But most likely if you have been caught once you will be caught again, as when you get the email/letter in the mail, your ISP has gotten it as well and they are looking out for you as well.
