No you can't, but you can get an STD he has not told you about. using a condom is no guarantee of protection. The are made of thin plastic and will tear or break from the friction.
Besides, a guy never respects a girl who does that. He'll never really love you. It's true, he'll call you names for doing it and for stopping doing it. It's best not to in the 1st place.

No way. Your mouth and your vagina is not connected in any way.Sperms or semen had to get into your vagina for you to be come pregnant.
