I feel you on this one. I swear, I work with about 15 women on a daily basis, and I can get very nutty. What works for me is to not get involved in it to begin with. When I feel insanity coming, I will excuse myself, ie: a quick break, etc., better that than shooting my mouth off. Don't give out too much personal information either, that helps! Good luck.

Stick to work and try to get them to work - in the absence of you having authority, set an example. Becoming personally involved in any way s disastrous.

not sure of the word you use or in what context. If you're talking about people at work that have other ideas than you do, well just teamwork with them and don't get personally involved.

im gonna be straight up with you. just associate with them only on levels that you want to and be social to the ones you want to be social with. dont get involved in gossip and just stupid people. think about who you are, your morals and standards and decide to only be a part of what you feel is right. also st johns wort helps take the edge off heee. hope that made sence
