Massages and pedicures are ok, as long as the person doing them knows which places not to touch during the procedure. There are certain pressure points on the body that should not be massaged during pregnancy b/c they might bring on contractions.

Many spas actually offer "pregnancy massages" by a therapist who is specially licensed to give them and is knowledgable about the pressure points.

massages are true, pedicures are false. you can still get those. Just take it easy and don't push yourself. If you do early, then the baby is just ready.
