If you feel more comfortable.

Yes, you should, just to avoid chill. If you want avoid the sun, stay indoors! just kidding. Olive oil protects the skin from small amounts of harmful UV rays. Wear a hat. Cocoa butter in the meanwhile will keep your skin even. If you're outside for prolonged periods of time, a tan is inevitable. A little sun won't hurt you. Don't be afraid to get a little darker. TANS FADE! And light tans make your skin glow and look healthier. So when it fades, your skin will look even better.

And if it's 30 degrees, why wear sunscreen? Do you have a fear of the sun, getting darker or some color complex? I hope you are comfortable with your skin complexion. It's also impossible to get skin cancer in 2 weeks in 30°F weather. And it's highly unlikely to suffer from sunburn in cold weather like that. The whole idea is simply absurd. Just wear a hat and be happy. Love the skin you're in.

um, no idea's actually, but hey, wear a jacket it because it's probably going to be chilly outside, I mean 30 degrees is below freezing! So yeah, wear a jacket, and don't worry about being tanned, because usually on days where it's 30 degrees outside, you don't get tanned.

30 degrees??? Do you mean Celsius???

Anyways, I would just stay inside. If you are talking about Celsius, it would be way to hot to be in a jacket. Or, you could wear a really really thin long sleeve shirt. I have one from Aeropostale I got this winter.

If you are talking about 30 degrees Fahrenheit, ditch the jacket and go for a winter parka!!! :)

Gosh, why not?

When I attend college during fall/spring, I used to wear my jacket till the weather was 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

I know what you mean about the tan part because the weather is always dim in Indiana during those periods of times and my skin turns SO LIGHT.

So yeah, wear one!

i would try to stay out of the sun if you don't want to get burned or tan. but a jacket will probably be just fine and you could always just wear the jacket outside.

Do you mean 30 degrees celsius?
Wear a man's or tailored woman's long sleeve blouse over tank or camisole.
That's what I do.
