I have to cross the creak to get to my friends house but i must bring my cell phone, and its to late to buy something to save it. is there a way to keep it safe through water without buying something?

Hold it above your head while crossing the creek or put it in a zip lock bag.

put it in a zip lock bag. or just put it in your back pack and make sure your backpack doesn't touch the water. or wrap it in something and through it across.
or you can make a bridge.
