Click the Apple > Preferences > Accessibility. It should be in there. If it's not there try www.apple.com/support

As others are mentioning, we don't know which aspect of the system shows fonts that are too small. But here are some places to take a look.

When it shows Finder at the top left, click on the View menu and choose "View Options". Then you can change the text size for the icon names that appear on the desktop.

For overall screen resolution, open System Preferences, choose Displays (or Monitors on older systems). Change the resolution. That changes the size of everything you see on the screen. Also, it may make some windows gigantic so if that happens, change it back to the fine resolution, make the windows smaller, change it again to what you like.

I know this works with my comp that is not a mac, but try it anyway. Hold ctrl and use the scroll wheel in the mouse to make it larger and smaller
