they are buneary level 10
kricketot level 9
staravia level 18
shinx level 9
abra level 20
and kadabra level 21

what happened to your starter pokemon?
Your rival will have piplup if you chose chimcar. So battle him, get the pokedex entry and go to the GTS to look for it.
