I am really worried my ex husband is not the father of my child. I had sex with someone on the 3 of Dec. and had my period on the 12th. On the 23 all the way through until the 30th of Dec I had sex with my ex husband. Who could be the father? We are getting a divorce so please don't talk bad about me I am just concerned b/c I want it to be my ex husband's. My periods are regular every month so I am thinking it is my ex's.

There is a good chance it could be the other guy as well. There is normally a period of time where a woman can get pregnant much easier (ovulation period). You must determine when you are most fertile. Purchase a kit from your local drug store to see when you are ovulating. It should give you an idea when you were most likely to get pregnant.

If you are now on birth control, though. Forget about it, it won't be effective. You might as well face the music. If your child doesn't belong to your ex, the court is going to run you through the mud. Be honest and let your attorney know that there is a possibility that your ex is not the father.

Check to see if you can get prenatal DNA testing done. Do a Google search on the term to find out the particulars, along with risks to the baby. If you can, then you will need to get a DNA sample from one or the other of the two parties.

More than likely it's your ex-husband's child. You need a dna test to know for sure.

whenever you go and get checked out and they run teh tests on you they should be able to at least tell you the week the baby was concived it proabably is your ex's but i would wait before i said something to him, just go talk to your doctor he should be able to give you a more precise date....

You owe it to yourself (and your child) to find out.
