Baltimore has incompetent drivers, and DC has aggressive drivers, so the worst spot in the world is 95 between the Baltimore Beltway and the DC Beltway, because you have the incompetents, the agressives, and the incompetents who think they can drive aggressively but have no clue where their car is on the road all driving together. Oh, plus all the little old people driving 15 mph below the speed limit.

CHICAGO!!! Are you freaking kiddin me, these people are crazy. Traffic that takes hours to get through, construction constantly, then you got the riches in the brand new porches and BMW's like it's a speedway. The tollway will break you, gotta pay at every ramp when you get on then again when you get off. God forbid you take the wrong exit and have to make a u-turn.. that just cost you 5 bucks!! Not to mention I94 is a 55mph zone but if you drive 55 in it you will get run off the road.... Seriously, don't try it, you'll cause an accident..

Miami is supposed to have the angriest drivers. But NYC has the worst traffic.

Well, I know per CNN that Boston & New York City have the most obnoxious drivers and ones who are angry alot.. I bet if you do a google search you could find statistics on most major cities..
