You would not be giggling if it were your mother or father getting on that public transportation to go to work to make a living for you. But if it was a bunch of teenagers with signs held up that said, "Splash me " then good for you for making their day.

If they're so poor they gotta ride the bus, it stands to reason they can't afford good personal hygiene, so you are really accomplishing two tasks at once, attending to their sanitary needs and saving precious natural resources by reusing rain water. This should get you a few carbon credits and a good samaritian award as well!

I predict you will hit one of those potholes and bend your rim. You will have to take public transportation and get splashed. Karma kinda stinks that way.

not rude at all... It is really getting hot outside and they may appreciate the little water spray to cool them off while they are waiting on a hot street, while you are driving in the nice a/c, I think that it is a good humanitarian thing to do.
