I am going to say no as the minimum specs require at least a 128k connection

I wouldn't recommend it. Google Earth requires a constant connection, so it would burn away those hours quickly.

nicely you want internet to receive it. yet you dont want internet to run it. although you receives a lot a lot extra positive high quality even as your on-line. even as your offline it receives fuzzy before you could as nicely see someones abode. truly you could in case you want it to be blurry.
