Try rubbing hydrogen peroxide into the stain It will bubble and foam up Dab at the stain to avoid making larger. It might take several times to remove stain . After you get the stain out rinse with water . I used this method many times on my nursing uniforms .

Do the hydrogen peroxide with an old toothbrush,
and then when it is clear and dry, put Scotch Guard
spray on it for the next time a stain happens,
it will bead up and roll off!

If you can get to the stain before it sets, treat it by pouring full-strength white vinegar on the spot. Let it soak in for 5-10 minutes, then blot well with a cloth or towel. Repeat if necessary Good Luck !

Blood is a protein stain so, this should be kind of easy to remove. For fabrics such as clothing bar soap or shout will remove it. For your car I would take a soapy rag (not dripping wet) or use a little bit of era laundry soap on a rag and scub it out. scotch guard the apolstry after.
